Before You Book
A polished experience for families, venues, and event organizers with clear booking, payment, safety, and media release expectations.
Bookings are confirmed only after the required agreement and deposit or full payment are completed.
A non-refundable deposit reserves the event. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event.
Weather, water, road, venue, animal, and guest safety conditions may affect whether services can safely proceed.
The media release includes a choice about whether approved photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes.
